Please Note:

  • Fee Increase Notice - January 1, 2025: Fees will be $235/50 minute session with a Registered Psychologist and $220/50 minute session with a Registered Provisional Psychologist. This fee increase is being made in accordance with the recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.

  • Parking: There is free 2-hour parking in front of the building as well as around downtown St. Albert (St. Thomas Street; Perron Street). There is additional free parking directly across the street from St. Albert Place (St. Anne Street).

  • Building: We do not have exterior building signage. We are located in the same building as T.C. Wealth & Planning Corp. and use the same front door. Please walk up the stairs and you will find our waiting room.

  • Waitlist: Can’t find a time that works best for you? Be sure to add yourself to the Waitlist and you will be automatically notified if anything opens up.

I work with teens (13+), couples, and individual adults (18+). I have worked in child and adolescent mental health for over 4 years in the non-profit sector. I have a special interest in matrescence, perinatal, parenting/caregiving, and I have completed graduate and post graduate training in intimate couple relationships.

I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and couples, using attachment-based, compassion-focused, and person-centred approaches. I offer parent consultations and work with pregnancy, perinatal, and postpartum concerns.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone you can trust on your journey. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help. Morgan Jefferson

I work with individual adults across the lifespan who are interested in holistic mental health. I use mindfulness as a pillar of my practice and strive to embody this and the other Hakomi (Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy) principles of organicity, holism, non-violence, and unity. Embracing the mind-body connection may help facilitate new beginnings and lay a different foundation through noticing patterns, creating new habits, and freeing limiting beliefs. Additional specialized training and interests are in attachment theory (relationships), polyvagal theory (working with the nervous system), and post-traumatic growth and recovery.

My passion for wellness led me to become a Registered Psychologist and Certified Hakomi Therapist. Certifications include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and The Grief Recovery Method. I collaboratively use different therapeutic interventions with clients to best meet individual needs towards resiliency.

On a personal note, I come from a big Ukrainian family and find flow by cultivating balance in nature outside of work.
